Tosha Khana Case; Nawaz Sharif’s NAB inquiry report was not submitted even today.

The NAB inquiry report on PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif in the Toshakhana case has not been submitted as of today. The Accountability Court in Islamabad, presided over by Judge Muhammad Bashir, conducted proceedings related to the Toshakhana vehicle case involving former prime ministers Nawaz Sharif and Yusuf Raza Gilani, along with former president Asif Ali Zardari.

During the hearing, NAB prosecutors and lawyers were present, with Nawaz Sharif’s representative, Rana Irfan, making an appearance in court. However, the NAB inquiry report concerning Nawaz Sharif was not presented, prompting the court to instruct NAB to submit the report within a week.

Yusuf Raza Gilani’s lawyer, Raja Faisal Younis, represented him in court, and both Asif Ali Zardari and Yusuf Raza Gilani submitted exemption applications from attending the proceedings. The accountability court, accommodating the requests for exemption, adjourned the case hearing until January 24.
