ISLAMABAD The Supreme Court has rejected the request to form a full court on desires against trials of civilians in military courts.
The Supreme Court heard a case against the trial of civilians in military courts.
The Attorney General came to the stage and said that the families of the arrested persons have been met, we’ve been suitable to assure the full reasons in the opinions of the military courts, we’ve also assured that no person will be doomed to death or life imprisonment, all 102 quality and respect of persons are guaranteed, no bone is manhandled.
The Attorney General said that I checked myself, no indicted was ill- treated, all the installations including health are available to the indicted, if ill- treated against them, action will be taken.
The court rejected the request to form a full court while pronouncing a reticent decision on the conformation of a full court.
Chief Justice Umar Attabandial remarked that history is watching what’s passing now, we will continue our work whether anyone likes it or not, the people will decide which law will work in the country, we’ve done the job well. Or not, let’s leave it to history, we do not watch about review, we’re answerable only to Allah, full court isn’t possible before September.
