John Kirby, the adviser of the National Security Council of America, has said that the cluster weapons provided by the United States are in the hands of Ukraine.
In his statement, he said that Ukraine is using cluster weapons effectively in the war against Russia. John Kirby further said that the use of cluster weapons is affecting Russia’s defense tactics.
According to the news agency, cluster weapons are banned in more than 100 countries of the world.
