Visas for the Pakistan cricket team to participate in the 2023 World Cup in India have been issued. These visas were approved shortly after the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) sent a letter to the International Cricket Council (ICC). The Pakistani team received their visas less than 48 hours before their scheduled departure.
The Pakistan team is set to depart for India via Dubai on either Tuesday or Wednesday night. The World Cup 2023 is scheduled to take place in India from October 5 to November 19.
Prior to the World Cup, the Pakistani team will engage in two warm-up matches. They are slated to face New Zealand on September 29 and Australia on October 3. The Pakistan team’s first official match in the World Cup will be against the Netherlands on October 6.
