Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid has said that Afghans are bound not to allow anyone to become a threat to Pakistan from the ground.
The Taliban spokesman says that the transfer of these people will be done as an assurance of protection from threats from Afghanistan to Pakistan.
