WhatsApp has made a decision to enhance call quality

California-based technology company Metta, known for its sub-messaging application WhatsApp, is consistently introducing new features to enhance user convenience. Recently, they unveiled a group feature and a safety feature. However, they have now encountered an issue with call quality.

To address this problem, WhatsApp is rolling out the 2.23.16.11 beta version to its Android testers. This update aims to fix the call quality problem that some users have reported. The issue involves voice disconnections during both voice and video calls. Users have noted that the voice connection starts dropping shortly after the call is established, and some have experienced poor-quality video calls. As of now, this issue has only been reported by beta testers.

Since the latest version is part of WhatsApp’s ongoing beta testing program for Android devices, it might take some time before all users receive the update, as the company is diligently working to find solutions for existing issues.
