Indian rapper Aditya Prateek Singh Sisodia Badshah has claimed that renowned musician AR Rahman apologized to him after he was criticized for the remix of his song ‘Huma Huma’.
According to Indian media, Badshah is one of those singers who is known for remixing old popular songs, but his songs have often been criticized.
In a recent interview, Badshah said that he had prepared the remix of ‘Huma Huma’ in such a way that the spirit of the original song was maintained, but despite this, he faced a lot of criticism, especially AR Rahman expressing his displeasure over the remix.
According to Badshah, after some time, AR Rahman called him and expressed regret that he did not understand the importance of the song initially. Badshah considered AR Rahman’s positive response to be a big deal for him.
It should be noted that the original song ‘Huma Huma’ was a song from the 1995 film ‘Bombay’ which was very popular at the time. Its remix was prepared for the 2017 film ‘OK Jaano’. Badshah has also given other famous remix songs, including ‘Kala Chashma’ and ‘Tama Tama’ and others.
