YouTube, like Instagram and Twitter, has imposed new guidelines and somewhat stricter terms for fan accounts of a celebrity or organization.

According to YouTube, the policy, which came into effect on August 21, now strictly requires YouTubers creating fan accounts to make it clear that it is not the celebrity’s own channel, nor is it a true spokesperson for that institution, personality or celebrity.
This is because the fan channel continues to mislead people by broadcasting direct information and videos.
