LAHORE: FIA Anti-Human Trafficking Cell Lahore has arrested a human trafficker who defrauded a citizen in the name of visa.
According to FIA, the accused Ahmed Saeed Kamran was arrested from Jhelum, the accused paid 15 lakh 80 thousand rupees in the name of sending the complainant to work abroad in Hong Kong.
The accused failed to send the complainant abroad who was arrested by the FIA and an investigation was started.
Director FIA Lahore Zone Sarfraz Khanwark while appreciating the efforts of the team said that all resources will be used to arrest the human traffickers.
An FIA spokesperson says that human smugglers involved in visa fraud will be dealt with strictly according to law.
