In the currency market, the trend of increase in the value of the US dollar against the Pakistani rupee has been maintained for the eighth consecutive day.
According to currency dealers, at the beginning of the business day, the dollar rose to Rs. The US dollar became 12 rupees 50 paise more expensive in the interbank market in 8 days.
It should be clear that despite receiving billions of dollars from friendly countries including the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the rupee continues to depreciate against the US dollar across the country.
